Our Reconditioning Process
Dissasembly
We carefully disassemble the equipment, breaking down complex machines into individual components, giving us full access to all mechanical and electrical parts throughout the entire machine.
Cleaning
We thoroughly clean all components, removing any rust, grime, or debris. Very specific chemicals and methods are used to restore the cosmetic condition back to new.
Inspection
Our in-house engineers perform a thorough inspection and audit of the equipment to determine the current condition and develop a scope of work unique to each machine. Based on our own proprietary check lists, each component is meticulously reviewed to determine what parts require replacing.
Upgrades & Replacements
Based on the individualized component audit, worn and damaged parts are removed, and high-quality replacements are installed to ensure optimal performance.
Reassembly & Painting
Our in-house engineers will reassemble the equipment with care, fully assembling it based on the OEM’s original factory requirements. The machine will then be fully painted, resembling a brand-new machine.
Testing
We’ll rigorously test your equipment electronically and mechanically to ensure that it meets our strict standards of quality and performance
