Zechini Symphony 3 Grooving Machine Information:

Symphony 3 is the grooving machine for cardboard. It is equipped with 90° or 120° V-shaped blades, in addition to U-shaped blades. It is able to groove the board in up to 4 dierent points without any dust. Symphony 3 can also kisscut the cardboard.

The equipment is used for the production of both hard covers and boxes. In this case indeed, Symphony 3 can remove also the waste squared corners of the board.

It can work with multi-layered board.

Maximum board size (with board feeder): 43.3" x 43.3" (110 x 110cm)

Minimum board size (with board feeder): 7" x 7" (18 x 18cm)

The machine is equipped with 2 V-blades

Minimum distance between V-blades asymmetrical right-left supports: 0.55" (14mm)

Third and fourth support minimum distance: 1" (25mm)

Minimum distance from cardboard edge: approx. 0.4" (10mm)
