2007 Muller Martini Static Bundle Blocking Unit 0457

The Bundle Blocking Unit 0457 simplifies the transport of product bundles and blocks them for optimal print finishing. The unit blocks the bundles through a controlled, electrostatic charge and pressing. The procedure avoids the use of a strapping machine and, consequently, costs for strapping material. A further benefit is that the top and bottom copies are not damaged by packaging tape and bundles do not need to be cut open. The Bundle Blocking Unit 0457 can be fitted to all Muller Martini compensating stackers or used as a separate machine.
